Vitamin D is suppose to be awesome for colds too… (and the swineflu) according to dr. oz .and sweat from exercise is should help keep away the colds too

I AM HAVING THE ARM ISSUE TOO. i feel like every damn part of my body is looking better & better everday & my arms just look…weird. better but still weird. arrrrrrrrgh. wish i didn’t stretch them out so. haha.

I got some really cute stuff from Old Navy online in their Plus Size section, and their Missy section had alot in XXL that fits the 18-20 range really good. Also, down here we have Academy which sells 2X and 3X Nike and Adidas gear for women. Let me know if you find anything cute anywhere else. I’m always on the hunt for more. Keeps me motivated. (:

is the vitamin d you take in a supplement the same as what you’d get from the sun?

i think it’s because i had a lot of orthodontics when i was younger.
the yoga is a lot better than a few of the others, lol. i like that it’s just 20 minutes and gets it all worked out.
omg i love my neti pot! it’s so rewarding when i get something really gross out of my nose. thats probably waaaay too much info lol
i will take a look! i get pissed at old navy for not carrying the plus sizes in the store though. it’s really annoying and i feel slightly discriminated against but that could just be the vigilante in me, lol. i have a few track suit things that aren’t very cute and i’ve actually out shrunk them so they are even less cute.. haha
Hey Allison- My husband and I were watching your video tonight and we love it as always. But he commented on the lack of dessert. (You know the part at the end with the lip syncing) Also he is quite impressed with your driving/camera skills. Have a great week.

I know! Me too, but we either want to be in shape or we don’t. We need to find healthier ways to feed our sugar addiction. LOL

Hi allison, it must be because Dr. Oz (from Oprah’s show, now has his ownshow) is a big advocate of it. I take 2,000 units of it, he says 1000 I believe, but google it for sure. hope you feel better and stronger soon. Also I agree with you about cutting down the sugar and processed carbs (which metbolize as sugar, cuz sugar weakens the immune system) take care….
Not sure what to say other than I love your vids and you are super fun to watch. OMG I don’t think i could be good around lots of desserts at a potluck!

I wish I could stay as dedicated as you. I lost 30 pounds, stopped, now I’m trying to get the motivation to lose another 30.
keep up the good work! its an uphill battle. i’ve just recently started to get back to eating right and exercising, but its hard to balance school, a boyfriend, and job looking. any advice?
do the best you can without going crazy? lol i’m not great on the advice as i’ve not been doing 100% myself. just take it day by day.
