i lost 77 lbs but i put most of it back on. I ate 1500 cal a day and rode the exersize bike 1/2 hr a day.and lost 10-15 lbs a month.then i started overeating becuase i was starving. hunger would start coming in waves. i couldnt take it. it seemed my body was really trying to get that weight back.I went off diet and just cant seem to fend of the hunger and get back on track and sugestions on how to beat the hunger
Uhh eat hot cheeto’s. Lol thats what I do.
Spicy foods fill you up and drink lots of water and tea. And if your feeling hungry just keep yourself busy by walking outside or something. And chew on ice. When your feeling really hungry, look at thinspo’s, they’ll keep you motivated.
And excersize.. Alot.
